Heidi is the Principal Lawyer at Popovic Law Group. She has significant litigation, transactional and alternative dispute resolution experience in a broad range of family, corporate and real estate disciplines. Heidi provides advice and counsel to business owners, corporations, homebuyers, landlords and tenants, families focusing on income and estate planning and separating couples, with a particular emphasis on property division and contract law. In an ever-changing economy, she also regularly provides Independent Legal Advice to clients on an as-needed basis for their shorter-term legal matters.

Heidi’s practice is differentiated by a level of advocacy and strategic legal planning gained from her litigation background, particularly in insurance defence and personal injury. She regularly represents clients in the Superior Court of Justice but also in mediation and collaborative law settings.

She has consistently been ranked as a top divorce lawyer in the Region and has been featured in media for her adept and practical commentary.
